Diese Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen des Creative Europe Projektes “Dis-Othering – Beyond Afropolitan & other labels“ statt, das vorherrschenden Praktiken des „Otherings“ in europäischen Kulturinstitutionen entgegenwirkt. Das Projekt umfasst  eine Ausstellung, Symposien, Festivals, Diskussionsrunden, Performances, ein Residency-Programm sowie eine Sammlung zu Diversitätsfragen in europäischen Kulturinstitutionen und einem Webauftritt.
