This year, the cultural music group Matojeni Melo-Maniacs from Zimbabwe Bulawayo will open the Kasumama Festival on Wednesday. The performance presents a fascinating mix of different languages and transcends borders through rousing songs such as Pembela, Africa, Emeli lo-Dlala Regina, Inkomo Zamalobolo and an extended version of Emeli Lo. The performance is designed to appeal to a wide audience and offer a diverse cultural experience.
The group can be seen in a double concert with Insingizi at the Theater am Spittelberg.
