The 13th edition of 12TON will take place on 11 December 2025 at Rhiz Wien with performances by sound artist Nour Sokhon and avant-garde drummer Lukas König.

This specially curated evening brings together two striking figures from the field of experimental music – one after the other, solo, but in a conceptual exchange. Vienna-based drummer Lukas König opens with a solo in which percussion, noise and electronic patterns merge into a physical and direct sound language.

Lebanese sound artist Nour Sokhon then unfolds her solo: a multi-layered interplay of voice, field recordings and electroacoustic fine-tuning.

This evening is not intended as a collaboration, but rather as a deliberate juxtaposition of two independent artistic universes. This curatorial setting creates a field of tension that makes the diversity of contemporary sound practices audible and opens up new perspectives on rhythm, resonance and performative presence.
