Humor, irony and sarcasm can challenge, recycle and deconstruct clichés. The joke changes the meaning, reverses the meaning of clichés without merely entertaining. We want to smash the prevailing conditions together with humor and our piercing laughter. CLIŠHÉ TRÄSH brings great performers and stand-up comedians to the stage to enable an understanding of current political debates through the prism of humor.

Our WUK debut features Anshita Koul, who decolonises European stand-up comedy through political satire, Schwesta Ebra, who, inspired by her own experiences as a queer woman with a migrant background, deals primarily with feminist and queer issues, anti-racism and social criticism, and Zoe Gudović, who constantly destroys toxic masculinity. This phenomenal evening will be rounded off with a live audiovisual set by Authentically Plastic feat. Tobias Raschbacher, followed by a DJ set and live music by Enesi M. and DJ Lucy Bacchanal.
