This year's festival theme, THE PAST IS NOW, focuses on the constant influence of past narratives, actions and events on the present and on possible futures. In the ever-growing flow of media content in which we find ourselves today, the boundaries between past and present are blurring: documents – from historical archives to living memories – are re-examined, reorganised and investigated in a reciprocal dialogue.
Our Artist in Residence Nour Sokhon will also be present at the festival, contributing her artistic perspective on memory, identity and sound to this dialogue.
