Looking back, some things often appear in a different light. Contexts become clear and connections become apparent. One's own development becomes apparent on the basis of individual events and allows possibilities for the future to emerge.

This process is not always painless because, especially in the context of development cooperation, it is essential to constantly question and reflect on one's own position, particularly in relation to power politics. And it is only when we look back that we can see what was successful and where improvements are needed.
Here we want to look back together, put this process into words and thus make it visible. In doing so, we are aware of our responsibility, what it means to be active in the context of development cooperation and to have certain privileges. We want to actively confront our own actions (and their effects) in a responsible way in order to be able to follow the path of an anti-discriminatory and decolonial practice.
