Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe are the namesakes of Mamozi. The formation brings everyday-inspired stories in invigorating Afro-fusion to the stage and the audience. Nominated for several awards, the music with vocals in Chewa/Nyanja, Ndebele and English impulsively reflects life in the arc from past to present to future in all feelings from sadness to happiness.

Mamozi has lived in Europe for 12 years and is now part of the Viennese cultural scene. He has worked with Iyasa, one of the touring groups from Zimbabwe, with Dschungel Wien and Stephan Rabl; collaborated with the great Conchita Wurst and shared the stage.

The new album was released this year in May.
