In this workshop, a space for self-reflection is created in order to develop an awareness of one's own position in society. This will provide a deeper understanding of identity and its diversity, making the connection with unconscious bias, discrimination and racism clear. Furthermore, a change of perspective is made possible through various methods and a space for open discussion as well as exchange of experiences is offered. Afterwards, strategies for action against racism are developed together.

Dunia Khalil is a long-time legal advisor in the field of anti-racism as well as hate on the net and as a trained anti-racism trainer she holds workshops and trainings on a wide range of topics related to anti-discrimination. She is also active as an expert in national and international networks, working groups and organizations on the topic of fundamental and human rights.
